Our gutter cleaning technician thoroughly removes all debris from your gutters by hand. Downpipes are also be checked to ensure that they are free flowing and that there is no debris. All material is removed off site. If the outside of the gutters are marked our technician takes extra care to ensure that they are wiped clean.
Included in the costs for gutter cleaning are minor repairs, including join sealing. Limited water is used in the cleaning of gutters and downpipes.
We encourage all our clients to clean their gutters at least every nine months. If you are in a high fire risk area at least every six months.
Added bonus! While our technician is on the roof cleaning your gutters he will check for any loose or damaged tiles, including your fascia boards. If this is detected this will be documented in an assessment report, along with photos which will be sent to you via email or whatsapp.

One of our largest projects to date was the installation of new PVC downpipes on a 11 storey apartment building in Claremont. This work was all done via rope access and rigging.
We also install Japanese downpipes with high quality stainless steel link chain – great for small boutique areas.
Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months.
Our technician, professionally fixes leaks, cracks, or damages in gutters and roof tiles using local high-quality and tested sealants and coatings. With Cape Town’s high winds we sometimes have clients calling us for noisy gutters, which require a refit. We will also re-slope gutters if needed.
Often this can done at an affordable call-out-fee if gutter cleaning is not required. Minor repairs are always included in the gutter cleaning.

While we are up on the roof (and if the conditions are favourable) we can clean your solar panels and sky lights affordably. Please note that cleaning solar panels is highly weather dependant as cleaning can’t be done in full sun.
We will quote this as an extra added service to cleaning and/or repairs to your gutters.
